Meine dezidierte Nachfrage beantwortete der Vekäufer "... nein das stimmt schon ....sicher eine Enterprise Version...". Auf meine Nachfrage beim Samsung Help wurde auf Grund der IMEI-Nummer festgestellt, das es doch ein 'normales' Gerät ist. Der Geschäftsführer vom GSM-Store meinte auf meine Nachfrage "... die beim Samsung Help kennen sich meistens nicht aus..." aber sie würden es evtl. zurücknehmen. Kein weiteres Entgegenkommen (oder evtl. Angebot das richtige Gerät zuzusenden). Anstatt dessen eine falsche(!) Belehrung, dass übers Web bestellt und persönlich abgeholt nicht unter das Fernabsatzgesetz fallen würde. Das warfare das fünfte und letzte Gerät, dass ich dort gekauft habe.
