After a truly frustrating experience, I was compelled to share my thoughts on happ-e.fr. Following a recent move, I had requested the cancellation of my contracts (including EDF) over two weeks ago, and additionally requested the activation of services for my new home on 12/04/23. Despite spending the entire day trying to reach happ-e Engie, nothing was accomplished. They promised to have gas and EDF set up for me that day, only to later confess that no contract had been opened. This left us shivering in an apartment with a temperature of 8 degrees, which was especially difficult for me as I am ill and disabled. During a call on 12/05/23 to check on the cancellations for my previous apartment, I was met with the same lack of progress. However, when I spoke with a representative named Marem, she took the time to thoroughly address each of my concerns. I asked her to inform her manager of the situation. A new appointment was scheduled for 12/28/23 for gas and EDF at my new place. I am hopeful that this time, the necessary steps will be taken. If not, I will have no choice but to cancel my contracts. I sincerely hope no one else has to endure a similar ordeal. The lack of professionalism, the waiting, the broken promises, and the doubts cast on my word all added up to an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience.
