Review Description: I too am having delivery problems with Healthspan. Ordered on 28th November. Nothing delivered and no information forthcoming. I undertsand that there are delivery issues at the moment but what is most frustrating is that the automated email response I get says wait for 14 days before requesting a refund. My order is now well over 14 days but I just get the same response. Will I ever get my money back I wonder??????

Review Description: Used Healthspan for a number of years with no problem until the last month. They are telling me that my order was dispatched on 23/11/22 but it hasn’t arrived 3 weeks later. Just get computer generated messages apologising and blaming the Royal Mail dispute. Even allowing for this, it wouldn’t be 3 weeks late.

Review Description: I had noticed that over the last few months delivery was getting slower and was now chargeable so when I placed an order for two items on 19/11 I opted for 1-2 day delivery. The order shipped on 21/11 and 1 item arrived on 26/11---no sign of the other one to date. Contacting Customer Services is a nightmare with no answer after 20 minutes waiting and a 6 day delay in providing a useless reply to email. I am now ordering from another firm via Amazon-- delivered free in 2 days.

Review Description: Up until lately I had no complaints. They have replied to my queries in reasonable time. But my last delivery I had an issue with in regards to packaging and a query over tampering will they respond to that complaint no, they do not and I've sent several emails now with no response so that's it, I'm done ordering from them, which is a shame in general their products are very good! But their customer service is absolutely diabolical. So bye bye Healthspan bye bye, you've lost a customer!

Review Description: I would like to reiterate the comments made by others. If you want to avoid the frustration of sending repeat 'where is my order' emails don't use this company. My order was placed and paid on the 18th of Nov....... It eventually arrived on the 6th of December. When checking the 48 hour post office label, it did indeed arrive within that period! No explanation for appallingly late dispatch. One star is too many!
