In October 2018 I obtained a mail that acknowledged that the unit can be transport, and a monitoring quantity would comply with. It didn't. I contacted the help after a month and was informed it could take one other 2-3 weeks. After I contacted help once more in January I used to be informed that they had delayed the orders because of excessive customs and import feesUpdate: The product arrived after round 2 and a half 12 months. It really works okay, although the app annoyingly retains asking me to advocate it to buddies.2 years and still waiting!
