Review Description: Its great when we are busy knowing that we can grab a bag and dinner is sorted. We can choose meals and new ingredients we want to try. The recipes are easy to followUnfortunately the quality if the ingredients varies a lot. Often the fresh ingredients are already turning or tomatoes etc are not ripe. Sometimes we skip a week because the meals on offer have been repetitive.

Review Description: I like the meals; they are very tasty and portion size is ok. Two boxes had either missed items or items what where off. this was very annoying as I had to go and buy more things or adjust it with something else. I have used online chat to address this and they were very sorry and applied a discount what I thought was appropriate. All in all, we are happy as our dinners are yummy and easy.

Review Description: I really love the food - always lots of veges and its all so tasty.I also love how everything is included in the bags...I literally pop them in my fridge, and pull out a bag a night and know that everything is in there. Its easy for the teenagers to make as well, and that is super helpful! I find the portions are a really good size as well.I purchase when offered the discounts as I couldn't manage it on a regular basis.

Review Description: Cooked mushroom ravioli - I didn't read the very small print as if you look extremely carefully it says that it contains nuts. Ended up nearly killing my kid who has a nut allergy. Cross with myself but also cross with Hello Fresh. Call it Mushroom & Cashew Ravioli! Poorly labeled food is a problem. Or have a system where when you subscribe you put in your dietary restrictions and only get offered food that comply. Not the subscription service for me. I would like information on how to close my account and take my information off your servers.

Review Description: Have been short shipped on many ingredients of late. No cheese tonight in the Shriracha-Spiced Port and Rainbow veggie fries. Also, miserly amounts lately with vegetables - 4 tiny potatoes in the Carribean Chicken and Mango mayo. Too many substitutions. Just not happy.

Review Description: My girlfriend was cooking a “quick Sri Lankan beef and veggie curry” for dinner tonight. She first noticed the beef had a foul stench when she opened and poured into the pan and was shocked to find around 5 small dead maggots in the meat. We received our first ever box yesterday and refrigerated it as soon as we got it and we are extremely disappointed and disgusted at this outcome as we were looking forward to it. We will not use HelloFresh again.

After making the change to three meals the site refused to let me choose vegetarian. Just as well I am not totally averse to meat. Put me off the service though
