Despite the Post Master's willingness to corroborate the non-delivery of the package and its subsequent return, Hena remained obstinate. They refused to even verify if the package was in their possession, let alone initiate a refund. This exasperating experience has left me disheartened and disillusioned. The product, coupled with the abysmal customer service, simply does not warrant such distress. All I ardently desire at this point is a refund, yet it seems like an insurmountable ordeal.
