Review Description: Horrible service. We ordered a camera they said it was in stock. They charged our visa. Afyer a week, no camera or information. Impossible to get in touch with customer service. We talk to aan employee at a store and he told us that they do not even think they are getting that camera anymore. These people are a joke.

Review Description: Ordered an item while their system was apparently changing "on the back end" and my item hasn't shipped after 3 weeks. Customer service is non existent. I've called daily and waited on hold, given my number for a call back, emailed multiple times, messaged on social media. No one will help. Worst company I've ever dealt with. The worst part is they won't publicly acknowledge that they're having issues and are still taking people's money and not sending items. What a scam company.

Review Description: Awful experience.I order a whole set of printer ink (200$ in value) over a month ago.Suddenly my user account became unusable and I saw they were updating their online store.Finally managed to get back into my account a week later. Review Description: On-line order - hopeless. 1 week after order, nothing. Two phone calls, no answer after 15-20 " waiting. Could not even leave a message or # for call back. Called B&M twice. 1st time Losi said she could check online and get back to me. Lies, never heard back. 2nd time was told not in stock and no idea when.
