Gross incompetence in fulfilling online orders

My review for henrys.com Not sure what's going on with Herny's systems but out of the 3 orders I've made on their site 2 seperate orders had issues where their "systems" caused a 6-8 week delay in me receiving my orders. Once maybe but two out of three! There seems to be some major incompetence with these guys and complete lack of care with their work.

Poor Customer Service

My review for henrys.com I bought a $70.00 gift card at the Oakville location and they loaded $25.00 on it. I went back to the store for a refund and they said they could not do for a gift card. I said they can leave the $25 on the gift card and refund the $45. They said they had to speak with head office and they would call me back. I never got a call. I went into the store after a couple of days and they just gave me another gift card with $70 which does me no good. I will not shop at this store ever again.

My review for henrys.com Wish I never saw this site. Ordered developing equipment and two lenses. All have to be special ordered. For one order been waiting weeks. Now have to wait for two lenses. Will never do business with them again.

Excellent customer service

Exceptional Service for Special Needs Families at Henry’s My family's experience at Henry’s Thornhill location was incredibly heartwarming. We visited the store to get passport photos for my son, who has Autism. Jeff, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to ensure that the process was smooth and comfortable for my son. Jeff's patience and understanding made all the difference. He took the time to communicate with my son, creating a warm and welcoming environment that put us at ease. What touched us the most was that Jeff offered to take an extra set of photos at no additional cost, just to ensure that we had options that met the government criteria. This level of customer service is rare to come by and left a lasting impression on our family. Henry’s has gained customers for life, and we will not hesitate to recommend the store to our friends and those within the special needs community. Misleading USED Item Section

I recently experienced a total nightmare shopping with Henry's. I purchased a USED Nanuk 940 that was advertised as Rated 8, but what I received was covered in scratches and didn’t operate correctly. The item receipt accompanying the case didn't match what I bought. Order fulfillment took over two weeks and was never processed until I contacted customer service repeatedly over a two-week period. Despite the frustrating experience, I have to give credit to their customer service reps; they were helpful though the response times were disappointing. I ended up feeling misled and unsatisfied, and I would advise others to shop elsewhere. Thankfully, I found a completely BRAND NEW Nanuk 945 from B&H, and it was shipped and cleared customs the same day from the USA. The contrast in experience was remarkable. I find it necessary to caution others about the misleading product listing and the delays in refund processing. My hope is that no one else falls victim to similar issues with Henry's. Their practices leave much to be desired, and I would strongly advise against purchasing from them.

Great Attentive service

My review for henrys.com Must say my experience with Henry's Heartland Mississauga, was totally amazing. Took my camera to repair, and now needed one to use in the meantime but they do not rent, then again was given options as to what I can do. Many options were available. Within three days had a replacement to use for my shoots, while the repairs were being done on my broken camera. What had me, was that the next week I returned, the Manager noticed me and actually called me by name, and came over to help out. Bastien was truly amazing and extremely helpful, as I am not a professional, he treated me as one and made sure I did not leave without a solution for getting, and having a camera to use. Service as that is truly hard to find. And although this is the second week, with Bastien advised now have a camera to work with, also checking back at the store, He will call me and come over to help, and check on the status of my camera, without having to ask. I came in with a problem and left with many options to have. In my opinion, Henry's Heartland, and Bastien, surely will have my business.
