Both customer support is ignoring me or they do not even have that division

My overview for hertie.de I purchased the Thrustmaster 383 Rally Wheel and it got here faulty. I made a video instantly when testing it for the primary time in which you'll be able to see that it's faulty. I despatched them an e-mail on the fifth and one other one on the eighth however they nonetheless have not answered me. I'm afraid that their customer support is null and void and that they aren't going to need to ship me a brand new non-defective steering wheel.
