Sono rimasto contento dalle prestazioni ma subito dopo ho notato che le casse durante l’ascolto si spegnevano andando in stand by da sole. Questo capitava sia con il collegamento in analogico che collegate in coassiale. Il fenomeno period random (dopo 10 minuti di utilizzo oppure dopo più giorni. A volte più volte nel giro di poco tempo. Ho da subito informato l’importatore Hifight dal quale le ho acquistate che mi ha chiesto di aprire un ticket ed inviarle a loro. Ho segnalato all’importatore che ho comunicato direttamente con Kef che mi invitava a fare show disabilitando la pulsantiera superiore dal software program come se fossero già a conoscenza del problema. Infatti disabilitando la pulsantiera il problema scompare. Ho informato l’importatore che altre persone sui discussion board hanno avuto il mio stesso problema. L’importatore mi segnala che le ha testate per 3 giorni senza rilevare difetti e quindi mi fa pagare 60 euro di spese per rispedirmele indietro senza aver concluso niente. Scopro successivamente che i diffusori come vanno in stand by da soli durante l’utilizzo così si riaccendono anche oppure cambiano ingresso passando da Coax advert Aux da sole. Ma le hanno provate continuativamente senza mai perderle di vista neanche un secondo visto che a volte si riaccendondono da sole e quindi potrebbero aver manifestato il difetto e loro non si siano accorti? Dopo averle riavute le riprovo e come prima i diffusori alternano periodi di difetto e periodi di funzionamento corretto. Hifight mi liquida dicendo “””” E' evidente che il problema è legato al suo ambiente d'ascolto, al suo impianto elettrico o a qualsivoglia motivazione locale “””“ . Naturalmente ho effettuato show collegando i diffusori singolarmente advert apparecchi di alta qualità con cavi altrettanto validi sia all’ingresso analogico che coassiale. Faccio una recensione negativa su Google e Hifight mi risponde dicendo “””“ I suoi diffusori KEF funzionano perfettamente e siamo certi che potrà continuare advert apprezzarne l'elevata qualità audio e la ringraziamo per averci dato la possibilità di chiarire la situazione e siamo a sua disposizione per ogni ulteriore chiarimento ”””. Ma di quale chiarimento parlano, non ci hanno capito niente. Voglio avvisare del rischio che si corre a comperare da un importatore che poi in caso di problemi ti abbandona con frasette liquidatorie. La KEF mi scrive dicendomi di rinviare i diffusore advert Hifight e questi ultimi mi attaccano il telefono in faccia dicendomi " non abbiamo altro da dire". State attenti a comperare Kef o altro dall'importatore ufficiale che in caso di problemi non è all'altezza di risolverli e vi abbandona come ha fatto con me. Per l’assistenza avuta mi sarebbe convenuto acquistare il prodotto da importazione parallela su Amazon che nei primi due anni in caso di problemi restituisce i soldi oppure cambia il prodotto.
