My review for holidayinn.com Whilst I did not stay at Holiday Inn Offenbach, I have to give some high praise for the outstanding customer care provided by their Guest Service Team, in particular Jessie Fisher, Eric Einschütz and Yannick Fournell. They had to deal with various administrative difficulties: they helped me to book a room for my elderly mother (who does not have a credit card) with my own card from abroad. The booking was tied to a court appointment my mother had to attend in Offenbach, which was postponed multiple times and then eventually cancelled. The Holiday Inn Team patiently changed the booking multiple times, and upon cancellation helped me with a refund. Unfortunately the card the booking was made with was not valid anymore, which caused additional complications.
