To add to the frustration, I had to travel to a distant UPS store to pick it up, even after paying $10 for shipping and delivery. What's more, I received a notification claiming it had been delivered after I had already picked it up. The whole ordeal left me feeling let down and inconvenienced. In my attempt to resolve the situation, I reached out to Holt Renfrew to cancel my order, but was met with unresponsiveness. This compounded my dissatisfaction, leaving me deeply disappointed with the overall customer service experience. These hurdles and lack of accountability have made me rethink using UPS for any future deliveries.
