I spend a lot of money (over £500) on this machine when I bought it a year and a half ago and I expected much much better service from Hoover. I realise it’s over the 12 month warranty but I should be able to expect for the machine to last a reasonable time. If it can not be repaired I would hope Hoover would send a replacement.
