Huawei phones is complete farce

My review for huawei.com Another phone huawei (Honor 20 Pro) came defectiveit worked 2 months only and out of blue phone will discharge faster, takes longer to charge, camera glass came in cracked state probably it's refurbished productThe main disadvantages of chinawei:- It won't allows to use when you low in battery (less 5%), it shuts off in 30 seconds. Suddenly recording of voice recorder going aborted, and camera video recording prompts i lose made video or save it- Battery life is awful which didn't last 3 hours since full charge- When battery goes low than 20%, it will deplete battery quicker same as junk Alcatel low-end phone- impossible to extend internal memory which is one of biggest disadvantages for lovers of media. Phone lacks SD slot, only 2 SIM cards which means i have to transfer to computer everytime with disastrous bandwidth. Try to fill storage to near border and android system will go inoperable and risk depriving user data will be imminent- Don't expect for future featured Android OS updates. Only security updates and phone will be not upgradable anymore in few months. Crooks made worst phones- Does not output HDMI cable from display to TV, showing No signal no matter of cable used- It so simplified that lacked ports and made impossible me to listen music without 3.5 jack port, i don't want turn music so loud that parents can hear- extremely non-durable, shattering and fragile, even hitting impacting LCD is teared off- impossible to unlock bootloader because CPU is obfuscated- suddenly camera can glitch that can stop record video for no reason. Instead of 12 minutes recorded only 53 seconds, rest of footage are goneHuawei stepped down years in quality with terrible low-quality products, i will not obtain such phones ever again.

My phone now can't call-Out (or receive call)...a basic function of a phone.4G capability was a key-criteria of my purchase: talk of eventual 3G shut down were found on the internet in 2019. Huawei claims that their Y5 2019 has 4G capability: see ‘Network’ section-> 'link removed because trustpilot don't allow'I bought in late 2019 from Big-W, & NOT a 'parallel import': have receipt & phone-box with IMEI#. Huawei-AU approved it for sale in Australia & gave it warranty-> 'link removed because trustpilot don't allow'I have tried,1.different sim-card retailers, &2.including Telstra 4G network,This phone can’t call-OUT (or receive call).
