Although they claim to deliver within a five-mile radius, the Maricamp road location in Ocala, Fl refused to deliver to my address, which is only 4.4 miles away. Not only was their service disappointing, but their attitude was also incredibly rude. As a result of this experience, I have made the decision to take my business elsewhere. It's unfortunate that a company would treat a loyal customer this way, but I refuse to support a business that doesn't value its customers. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to improve their customer service. In the meantime, I'll be seeking out other options for my pizza cravings. It's truly disheartening to have to say goodbye to a longtime favorite, but I refuse to be disrespected as a customer.
