Wat een verschrikkelijke service

My assessment for ikenik.nl Wat een verschrikkelijke service! Koop hier niet! Onze babyfoon doet het niet goed en deze mogen we omruilen. Hartstikke fijn! Of we dan wel even zelf 1,5 uur naar de winkel willen rijden óf we zitten een week zonder babyfoon als we het through de put up willen doen. Sorry, maar wat?! We hebben hem on-line besteld, dus verwachten we ook on-line een oplossing. Dit slaat echt nergens op. Zo ontzettend onklantvriendelijk. Megaspijt van onze aankoop need we zitten nu huge in een vicieuze cirkel waarin geen passende oplossing wordt geboden. Om verdrietig van te worden! Denk dus 3x na voordat je hier iets bestelt.
