As October rolled around, my attempts to reach out for updates proved futile, leaving me utterly devastated. It's incredibly frustrating to think that my coveted chair is likely sitting idly in some manufacturing company's warehouse, with no means of reaching out to them directly. In my disillusionment, I resorted to contacting my credit card company, who informed me that if they were unable to make contact with India Jane, I would be refunded within 6 weeks. This entire ordeal has been nothing short of a colossal letdown. I had deliberated over my decision to purchase this chair for months, and now I find myself back at square one, scouring for alternatives. My assessment for indiajane.co.uk Such a horrible disgrace! I ordered a Ritz Snuggler chair in April. Was very excited for its supply. Chased it up after 5 months when it hadn’t arrived and was informed it could be on its approach very shortly. Tried to chase once more in October however unable to get by means of to anybody. Am completely gutted! What is completely irritating is that my chair might be sitting in a producing firm someplace and they're caught with it. I'd purchase it instantly from them if solely I knew who they have been! I'm informed by my bank card firm that we are going to get the cash again in 6 weeks if they can't contact India Jane. All such an enormous disappointment. I took months deciding on this chair and now want to begin searching another time. I really feel very sorry for others which have misplaced cash.
