Poor recommendation and pedantic service
My overview for inkjungle.co.uk Was initially given dangerous recommendation off Kelly to snap objects off cartridge to make it match my printer which could not be snapped off and was clearly too huge for the house to slot in printer, felt like recommendation that would not be misplaced on the comedy present the IT Crowd. She even had nails so long as the cartridge itself and asking me to snap bits off the plastic when it appeared a difficult process for the vendor to do, after they despatched a display shot over to me on how to try this!! Complete utter farce. Additionally they had been very pedantic with regard to exchanging merchandise when opened after the preliminary interval for refund which nonetheless had orange strip on it, and will have been bought as new as no ink was used. After I would have been blissful for it to be exchanged for proper suitable cartridges. Didnt look like they knew what they had been speaking about. I will not suggest this firm or going right here ever once more for a service! Keep away from their firm on Amazon just like the plague!! D
