Now, I ask you, is it reasonable for a simple correction that would take a maximum of 2 minutes to be outstanding for approximately 40 days?!?! Does this seem acceptable to you? I will give them a few more days to correct the invoice, and then I will consider legal action with my lawyer because their behavior has caused significant inconvenience, both administratively and in terms of the time taken away from my business. Giving them a one-star rating seems extremely generous at this point.
