I was frustrated and felt like I had nowhere to turn. The lack of accountability from Waves, coupled with Tesco's stance, left me feeling out of pocket and utterly disappointed. The car wash itself was subpar – mud stains on the rubber mats, a chip in the paintwork, and a complete lack of attention to detail. The whole experience was a far cry from what I expected, especially considering the premium price I paid. The excuses given by the car wash staff only added to my frustration. I'm a loyal Tesco customer, and this experience has left me questioning their decision to allow other companies to operate on their premises without ensuring the quality of service.
