Review Description: If I could rate it lower I would. Ordered a set of replacement keys and expedited the shipping. I ordered wrong keys due to misreading the key number. Requested that they do an exchange and to see if they can send over the keys. Said they could not and would have to charge me for another set of keys and the expedited cost plus a restocking fee if I was to return the original set of keys.

Review Description: This company sucks. I have a truck at paint that I ordered a motor for over 4 months ago. Still haven’t got the motor, paid over $11,000, and now the paint company is charging me a storage fee to store a truck that they need the motor for so they can put the cab back on the truck and fishing the paint.. why don’t I cancel the order?! Because I ordered a custom Transmision and torque converter specifically for the motor not knowing this company would be a joke to spend my money with. Save your money! Jegs sucks!

Review Description: We were looking for a car to carrier and they sold us one that didn't fit on our car. Nothing on the site said what cars it WASN'T for. They wouldn't help except to tell us to ship it back at our expense. How do you ship back a 5 foot albatross? No guarantee of a refund either. When I showed they didn't have anything where the vehicle requirements should be, they still denied it wasn't there. I wouldn't buy a screwdriver from them. Customer service is nonexistent

Review Description: Sent me jegs parts that tech agreed where bad. Won't get me a new part on the way. Returning everything and now I have to pay shipping. Asked to speak to someone and also filled out review directly to jegs again asked to talk to someone, crickets. They talk along of trash about how great they are and it's all garbage.

Review Description: A bunch of crooks!!!!!!I ordered a headliner and after two weeks I checked on it and they said it would be 2 months to get it.So I canceled the order.I ordered another one from another company that had it in stock.So then the Jegs headliner came with in a few days and I thought it was the one that I had ordered that was in stock and installed it.Now I get the in stock one and Jegs won't refund $35.00 to send it back because of their incompetence or to just notify me that there's is coming.Customer service hung up on me.
