This jewelry company ships pretty quickly. My beef with them is I've received, at least, 3 items that have been junk. I simply threw them away. They are pretty friendly when you call them, but that doesn't make up for defective merchandise. I've been a customer since late 2016 or early 2017...can't remember the exact year. I also can't stand listening to many of their hosts, but that seems to be the case with many television shopping channels. They all seem to hire people with the most irritating voices.
