Review Description: amateurish whoever planned this needs sacking,the driver had no chance of sticking to his time tableYork was absolutely heaving with people as was Skipton, left Skipton at 15,00hrs got back to Grays at 22.30 the driver stopped for his break in St Neots no services for passengers stuck in the middle of townThis was advertised in my local paper no mention off picking up so many times, please do not send me any more correspondence Driver 5/10

Review Description: Our coach via Solihull was a small feeder coach,driver Denis was excellent,we then got picked up by a coach from Wales driver was not very helpful gave the wrong pick up times etc,did not even know where Durham castle was no help at all.Durham Christmas market was a waste of time very disappointing the streets are very dangerous to walk pavement slabs stick up,Beamish Museum was excellent but only had 3hrs not enough time.I will not recommend this company to anyone

Review Description: Well organised except would have liked more information about 'comfort stops' on route from driver. Most disappointed with Durham so called Christmas Market which was rubbish and closed at 5pm. A guide up to the castle or cathedral would have been better use of limited time.Hotel room noisy due to pub opposite.However,trip to Beamish museum more than made up for any earlier dissatisfaction.

Review Description: Excellent Turkey and Tinsel In Newquay, Hotel was all trimmed up for Christmas and looked lovely, the meals and entertainment were excellent, Room was lovely with a fabulous sea view . Staff very friendly. Trips out were good and our coach driver Tony was a good laugh. This was mine and my wife’s first time on a coach holiday and we loved it.

Review Description: We had only a couple of hours to explore in Edinburgh and Glasgow.The bus arrived in Edinburgh at 3pm and left for Glasgow airport at 5.30. It is not enough time.We did not have enough time to explore Glasgow.You should have provided timings in the itinerary.

Review Description: Disgraceful company that doesn’t pay their suppliers! We still haven’t been paid for a coach tour we provided and they cannot even tell us when we will be paid. Look forward to seeing you in court. AVOID at all costs! Read the terrible reviews on Google says it all

Review Description: As stated this was indeed a ‘first’& my friend & I were definitely not disappointed!Comfortable travelling, excellent Hotel, & ‘Highclere Castle’ was a wonderful destination.The only reservation we had was that a 4hour stop in Oxford in December was too long, especially for the less agile passengers. Coach driver was well informed & helpful which all added to a memorable trip.We intend to see you again!

Review Description: I really enjoyed the experience of the Bruges and Lille markets but I would have liked to have had more time to spend at Ypres and Bruges. Found that we spent too much time travelling back and forth to the hotel. The coach driver Valentino, was excellent and put himself out to make our trip comfortable.
