Purchased Kaff products worth 1.5 Lakhs…

When I decided to invest in top-of-the-line Kaff products totaling 1.5 Lakhs, I had high hopes for quality and reliable customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my regretful journey. The trouble began when my chimney malfunctioned, and what I anticipated would be a simple repair turned into a 1.5-month ordeal fraught with frustrating encounters and unresolved issues. Firstly, despite the product being under warranty, I was incredulously asked by the repair executive to pay for the service. When I raised this concern, Kaff's complaint system proved to be ineffective, trivializing my valid complaint and brushing it off as a mere misunderstanding. Even after clearly explaining the situation, the lack of proper communication and acknowledgment from Kaff was disheartening. Furthermore, the repair executive suggested paid cleaning services for a self-cleaning chimney that was only six months old, a questionable and unnecessary recommendation that heightened my exasperation. To compound matters, my refusal to pay prompted the repair executive to inaccurately document the defect in his service records, resulting in further delays and inconveniences. The incompetence and unresponsiveness of Kaff's customer care team only exacerbated my frustrations. Despite escalating my issue multiple times, the lack of follow-up and tangible solutions left me feeling stranded. The reliance on a third-party service center for updates further illustrated the inadequacies of Kaff's customer support process. The culmination of these experiences has led me to the sobering realization that seeking resolution from Kaff has been needlessly arduous and time-consuming. Their customer service process, instead of providing assistance, has created a persistent and taxing burden on me as a consumer. In hindsight, I find myself ruminating over the fact that it would have been more expedient to incur out-of-pocket expenses and opt for alternative repair solutions, despite the products being under warranty. Never buy Kaff in your wildest dreams
