Defective Kenneth Cole Rug

My review for kennethcole.com We purchased a wool Kenneth Cole rug and it was completely defective. It is unable to be cleaned, even with wool cleaners, without causing massive yellowing and staining. We have purchased wool rugs in the past and never had this problem. We literally threw more than $1000 down the drain as the rug became unusable a few days after buying it and we were forced to throw the rug away. When we reached out to Kenneth Cole they basically said there was nothing they could do, which is, of course, utterly false. Steer clear of Kenneth Cole rugs at all costs!

Watch unusable because no spare parts (after 3 years)

My review for kennethcole.com My wife gifted me a Kenneth Cole watch 3 years ago. Last summer the strap broke and I had to change it. I went to a jewelry shop where they informed me that they cannot change it because it's not a standard strap but a bespoke design one and that it's very rare that companies to that. Even very high end watches normally use standard design straps. Anyway I contacted Kenneth Cole to inquire for a spare part and...surprise surprise...that strap is no longer in production. So the watch, a gift, after just three years, is totally unusable. Well done, Kenneth Cole! I'll never ever buy from tyhis brand again

My review for kennethcole.com Bought Kenneth Cole coat (jacket) for men. Kept it in my condo closet on individual hanger. After one year all like leather details were damaged. All label are on the coat. Call Kenneth Cole-they said that I need to go to retailer. The retailer is Macys in Chicago, they did not take coat because of 30 days return policy. I agree just send this item to Kenneth Cole to analyze it and to improve material they use. They don’t give me address. Terrible service.it looks they are not worrying about their name.

The worst customer service ever!!!

The worst customer service ever!!! I have been trying to solve my problem and it took more then a year for them to reply and that was only after my solicitors final notice before court proceeding. I managed to chat online with customer service (USA) and they asked me to get in touch with manufacturer (Switzerland) manufacturer asked me to get in touch with repair centre in the country I live in (England) this repair centre asked me to get in touch with customer service (Dubai) as they are connected with the shop I bought my watch (India) so I contacted India head office and they asked me to get in touch with Kenneth Cole Customer service (USA) as they are only dealing with sales and nothing else. Frustrating thing is non if these personnel gave contact details for the other country. I managed to do it via social media, google, and other sources. I do not recomend anybody to shop with Kenneth Cole anywhere in the world.
