What ensued was a frustrating and disheartening two-month ordeal that left me feeling undervalued and unheard. Throughout this process, I found myself constantly chasing after the contact person assigned to my application, only to be met with constant requests for new documents in a seemingly random fashion. The lack of responsiveness, the need for unnecessary document attestation, and the continual delays left me questioning the validity of my efforts. The culmination of this experience was when I was asked for a credit report for my wife, who was not even a co-applicant. This was simply the final straw, and I knew I deserved better than this. Proceeding with meticulous care, I ensured that all the necessary documents were meticulously prepared and submitted a generous two months in advance, in anticipation of a seamless and efficient process. To my dismay, what followed was a sudden and perplexing demand for a pharmaceutical license, an unforeseen requirement which resulted in a frustrating 7-day delay. Despite this setback, I held onto a glimmer of hope, eagerly awaiting the arrival of the promised debit card that would facilitate the smooth operations of my burgeoning business. Alas, my optimism was short-lived as I was rudely awakened to the shocking revelation that partnership accounts, much to my bewilderment, were deemed ineligible for debit cards. An unexpected and disheartening blow, to say the least. As the days turned into weeks, and then into an agonizing month, I finally received the long-awaited net banking login details. However, the elusive debit card remained just that - elusive. The ramifications of this ongoing delay have posed significant obstacles to the launch of my business, rendering me unable to access the substantial sum of 5 lakhs that lay locked within the account. Left with no other recourse, I felt compelled to escalate this dire matter to the consumer court in Aurangabad, a decision not made lightly but born out of sheer necessity. The sheer frustration and helplessness in the face of this ordeal have left an indelible mark on my experience. In the wake of this nightmarish saga, I am compelled to caution and implore others who may be considering this bank for their business endeavors.
