Review Description: Shipped White instead of Red. I'm finding it impossible to to ship back, went to 3 FedEx locations none would ship since I'm not the retailer. Two would not even print a label, one did but the wine is in my house. Spent 2 hours driving around and over $20 in gas. Then spent an hour on the phone with customer service representative and a supervisor. I was told to call the number on the label, it's Laithwaite's number and now I'm back to the start

Review Description: I like your adds and I like the delivery system. Many of your wines are good (haven't really experienced many/any that I dislike). However, too often you are offering the same wines over and over. Also, I frequesntly find your wesite frustrating to navigate, even after I open my portal. This si overall feedback not about a specific delivery.
