Unforgettable Experience with looking4.com – A Cautionary Tale
As a group of six travelers booking a transfer from a Paris airport to the city center, our experience with looking4.com left us utterly disappointed and inconvenienced. Despite booking for six individuals, our taxi arrived egregiously late with only seating for five passengers. Seeking recourse, I reached out to Ryanair, through whom the transfer was arranged, only to find they had absolved themselves of any responsibility, leaving us stranded in a foreign country without a satisfactory resolution. Moreover, the supplier's incredulous excuse blaming our baggage for the seating shortage, despite photographic evidence proving otherwise, further added to our frustration and disbelief. Not only did we miss out on a refund for the subpar service received, but we were also left out of pocket for the alternative transportation we had to arrange at the last minute. This cautionary tale serves as a stark reminder of the importance of thorough research and due diligence when selecting travel services.
