Review Description: I have used lovecrafts lots of times and my orders always arrive within a few days. But when my last order didn’t turn up after getting a message from the delivery company that they had my parcel, I contacted the lovecrafts team who immediately got back to me with apologies and reordered my wool straight away. I was really impressed with the service I got even though it wasn’t their fault and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Review Description: I contacted the Smiles team yesterday before they opened as I was due to be put all day. I needed to try to match a dye lot with a previous order of yarn. By about lunch time the staff member had traced the dye lot and emailed me back. They did have the items in stock and as the service was great at a really busy time of year, I treated myself to another lot of yarn which will make a really lovely sweater for my friend’s baby too. The order has been shipped already.

Review Description: Evri went wrong - very, very wrong. I shan't be ordering again from Love Crafts until you change couriers. Placed order on 25th November, shipped same day, arrived Evri 26th November as of 16th December still not delivered because of a "road incident" Got my refund, placed an order for the same wool from John Lewis, paid £15 more, delivered next day. It's worth the extra cost to get your order before the sands of time run dry!
