Ordered a part from them which was required urgently (flush) very late delivery and was the wrong part so had to return it in the original packaging unused. Sent recorded and they signed for it 3 weeks ago however to date despite several emails no refund has been forthcoming. Bearing in mind the part was over £40. I would never use this company again.
