Almost the same day, I got a reply on this review by a person from Made in Design's customer service, asking me to write them a reclamation via their online form, which I did on the 27th of July. It is the 5th of August, and still no reply. Made in Design customer service is very quick to answer to negative reviews on Trustpilot, to complain that customers don't use their online form. If only they were as fast with replying to their own online form filled by customers. EDIT: they refunded the broken item on the same day I posted this review.
