At 219€ for each unit, the installation expenses nearly mirrored the price of one unit itself. Diving deeper into the details, I discovered that the income of a certified Portuguese installer amounts to a mere 9€. This revelation left me questioning whether Mediamarkt truly valued the expertise and hard work of these professionals. How could a skilled installer be compensated so inadequately for a job that involves intricate tasks like making a hole in the wall for the exterior unit, fixing the inverter, and handling R32 Floride? Furthermore, the installation kit provided by Mediamarkt fell short of expectations. A hose of only 3 meters was included, which proved to be entirely inadequate for most installation locations that require hoses of 5 meters or more. This oversight left me with additional expenses and a sense of frustration at the lack of foresight in catering to various installation scenarios. In hindsight, the experience felt nothing short of indecent and unacceptable. Despite the allure of affordable air conditioning units, the hidden costs and subpar installation provisions tarnished my perception of what could have been a transformative home improvement project. Mediamarkt's offerings may have promise, but without addressing these critical concerns, they risk alienating customers seeking a seamless and reliable solution for their home comfort needs.

I’ve purchased three objects, only one obtained delivered

My assessment for mediamarkt.pt I've purchased three objects. Just one obtained delivered every week later. Most e-commerce shops ship your merchandise inside two-three days, however MediaMarkt in Portugal takes a very long time, and in addition fail to ship all merchandise directly. I contacted buyer care they usually advised me the delivery guys dedicated an error and it could take one other week to ship the lacking merchandise. I'm not prepared to purchase any merchandise on-line from this retailer once more. MediaMarkt on-line e-commerce is fairly beginner.

Exceptional Product, Extremely Disappointed Service

I had high hopes when I purchased a machine from mediamarkt.pt for 700€. However, within just 4 months, the appliance developed two issues. Despite reaching out for assistance, I endured a frustrating wait of over a month for a repair technician to arrive, rendering our drying machine unusable for an extended period. Adding insult to injury, the call center of Ariston informed us that despite the product being under warranty, they would not honor further repair visits, stating their policy of only two visits. Furthermore, the delivery of the machine, scheduled for July after our June purchase, was delayed until August, with the shop selling the original machine we selected. This entire experience couldn't have been any worse, and I can't in good conscience give more than 1 star.
