"The two things I love most about what I do is that I help people and I solve problems - it’s as simple as that. I help my organizations develop effective, relevant marketing content."

Review Description: Probably ok if I live in a large town but living out in the sticks there’s been nothing listed that’s not 30 odd miles away, Okay that’s not far but when you take that into London so you’ve got either public transport or car with parking,so that’s a 2-3 hour trip each way. Was Hoping to find stuff in the smaller towns around me I’ve entered 3-4 categories to look through and get notified on that there’s never anything

Review Description: I've been an organizer in Meetup for nearly 10 years and what's become painfully clear is that their time has past. The site has been surpassed by the likes of Facebook, TikTok, and others. The truth is, you pay to host a group on their platform that THEY own, not you the organizer. That's why they don't let you see or use emails to communicate directly with your members. It's been a long road with them, but it's time to leave this wagon behind.

Review Description: They don't offer any protection to organized meetup. I have been organizing a meetup in the same location and time for 4 years, some people duplicated my meetup, using the same name, photos, location and time, and literally stole my event. I contacted support, they answered that this action is allowed, how can stealing someone event be allowed? This makes it totally not trustworthy for creative events.

Review Description: If I could give this 0 stars I would. Not only was my event unsuccessful, but when a few months passes by, you notice they charged you $100+ on an auto renew without your knowledge. Then when you try to contact them to process a refund, you cant, because they literally dont have a phone number available or anyone avaible by that matter to assist you. THIEFS and CROOKS Go F yourself, all of you.

Review Description: The quality is terrible. Meetup desperately needs upgrades. I use BazooGirl.com for about the same price now and I like it a lot more. It’s a higher quality site. To add more fuel to the flames, Meetup deliberately make it very difficult to cancel your subscription: they send you to the page that isn’t there.
