However, after 5 days (far from the promised 24-48 hours), I received an email stating that the sunscreen I had purchased (ironically the one with the biggest discount) was actually out of stock. They assured me a refund for that specific item while proceeding to ship the rest of my order without any notice or consent. Shortly after, I received a shipping confirmation from the courier. I attempted to contact their customer service via WhatsApp and phone calls to no avail. Finally, after numerous tries, they instructed me to reject the package upon delivery for a full refund. 20 days later, this process was finally resolved. It became evident to me that the hefty discount on the sunscreen was a deceptive ploy to attract and trap online customers. Furthermore, their terms state they should reach out to the customer and await a decision in case of product unavailability. I cannot overlook the fact that the label "IN STOCK" next to the product was misleading. Reading their responses to other reviews justifying stock depletion and subsequent refunds is simply not acceptable. This issue lies with their inability to provide accurate product availability information, leading potential buyers (like myself) to order additional items to avoid shipping charges, and in turn, bolstering their sales.
