It's disappointing because their products are top-notch, but the lack of customer care is a deal-breaker. I strongly advise against purchasing directly from their website unless you're prepared to experience the same disconnect. There are plenty of other places to get their great products where you'll be heard and valued as a customer.

In a bid to reclaim some semblance of customer support, I also attempted to use Facebook Messenger to contact them. Although each country seemed to have its own dedicated Facebook page, the only entities that extended a hand in response were MISSHA Dubai and eventually MISSHA US through supportmissha.zendesk.com, the latter of which seemed unaware of the product in question. In conclusion, while the quality of products from misshaus.com speaks volumes and stands as a testament to unparalleled skincare, the customer service, unfortunately, pales in comparison. It is my hope that MISSHA can streamline their customer support channels to deliver a cohesive and responsive experience to all their patrons, regardless of geographical location.
