My Experience with Moyo.ua: A Lesson in Patience and Frustration I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Moyo.ua that I feel compelled to share. In anticipation of my mother's birthday, I decided to order a television and the installation service as a special gift. The television was swiftly delivered the day after I placed the order, which initially impressed me with Moyo.ua's efficiency. However, the installation service was a different story altogether. Upon delivery, I was informed that the technician would only be available to install the television on the 20th of August. Eager to surprise my mother, she dedicated the entire day to accommodate the technician's arrival, rearranging her schedule and cancelling her plans. To our dismay, no one showed up, and we did not receive any prior notification regarding the delay. Completely bewildered and frustrated, we reached out to their customer service through every available channel including phone calls, Telegram, and email, but to no avail. The lack of coherent and consistent information was alarming and immensely disappointing. Finally, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, a sales representative responded to my email, expressing regret for our inconvenience. However, the proposed solution was equally disheartening. In their response, I was informed that due to the upcoming holidays and weekends, a technician would not be available until 25th August at the earliest. To compound the issue, the representative from the Telegram channel offered yet another conflicting date, suggesting that installation would only be possible between the 31st of August and 2nd of September, accompanied by a mere 500 bonus points as compensation. The television remains unopened to this day, as uncertainty looms over its functionality, thanks to the absence of the technician. To add insult to injury, after enduring hours of frustration, I received a call in the evening from the technician, expressing a vague possibility of visiting the next day, after 3 pm. This ambiguity and lack of accountability left me incredulous. In light of this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Moyo.ua to others, despite the speed of their delivery service. A celebration turned into a disappointment, with a bitter aftertaste that remains.

I had the opportunity to purchase a laptop from moyo.ua back in 2019, and it came with a 24-month warranty through moyo care. During the purchase, the sales consultant emphasized the benefits of the warranty, particularly highlighting the option to purchase another item at 50% of its cost if the warranty wasn't utilized. This assurance was also clearly stated on the store's website (section 2.12). However, just a week before the warranty's expiration, I encountered two disappointing rejections with no clear explanation. On my first attempt to inquire about the discounted purchase through the website's support, I was asked for the receipt. Initially, I thought everything was going smoothly, but after providing the necessary details, I was informed that the service was no longer available. This came as a surprise, as there was no prior indication of this change, leading me to seek further clarifications. The second time around, instead of requesting specific details from the receipt, I was asked for the product code of the item I intended to purchase using the discount. This unconventional approach left me puzzled, and to my dismay, I was told that I had misunderstood the terms and was encouraged to return the laptop and buy a different item at a 50% discount. This response was not only unexpected but also seemed unrealistic and impractical. As my warranty approaches its end, I am disheartened by the lack of clarity and consistency in utilizing the service for which I had paid. It should have been a simple and transparent process, but regrettably, my experience has been anything but smooth.
