I recently purchased Hunter wellies from mp.com as a Christmas present for my daughter-in-law. The initial experience was fantastic; the product exuded quality and style. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when the boots started letting in water shortly after. On the 5th of January, I reached out to mp.com to report the issue and initiate a return. What ensued was a prolonged and frustrating ordeal with their customer service team. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the matter, it is now the 30th of January, and there has been no satisfactory resolution in sight. The delay and lack of communication from mp.com have left me thoroughly dissatisfied with their after-sales service. While the product itself was impressive, the unresolved issue and subpar customer service have tainted my overall experience with the brand. As much as I appreciate their product quality, I strongly caution others to be wary of potential post-purchase hiccups and delays in resolution. J
