This crucial detail had not been communicated to us and, consequently, our request was denied, with the explanation that it was "implicitly" understood. However, the primary issue did not lie in this misunderstanding but rather in the discourteous and dismissive behavior we encountered, particularly from one of the sales assistants: a lady with lightly wavy, almost blonde, shoulder-length hair, appearing to be over 35 years old. Working in a customer-facing role myself, I firmly believe that professionalism also encompasses the art of gracefully navigating challenging situations and interactions with clients – something that, unfortunately, was sorely lacking in this instance. Our experience left much to be desired, and we have no intention of returning to Naima in the future. Regrettably, we also cannot in good conscience recommend this store to others.
