To my dismay, despite paying for the Spanish version and being assured that I could take my exam in Spanish, I was forced to do it in English. This led to multiple failed attempts, as the translation provided was incomprehensible, making it impossible for me to pass the exam. After being informed that the Spanish version of the course would no longer be recognized, I reached out to customer service for a refund or the option to take the PT certification in English. My efforts to communicate with them were met with silence and disregard, adding to the frustration and sense of hopelessness I was already experiencing. After numerous failed attempts to find a resolution, I was eventually offered the chance to take the PT course in English, only to discover that the course was unavailable when I was finally ready to proceed. This entire experience has been a nightmare, not to mention the significant financial investment that has gone to waste. I am in dire need of a real solution. What was once an exciting opportunity has turned into a source of immense stress and disappointment. I am pleading for genuine assistance and resolution to this ordeal that has plagued me for far too long.
