A Promise Broken, A Customer Let Down
I am deeply disheartened to share my experience with ngaos.co.uk. Initially, my interaction with them was pleasant until I encountered their customer service. After waiting patiently for a month, well beyond the promised delivery timeframe of two to three weeks, I decided to reach out about my undelivered products. To their credit, they acknowledged an internal error and assured me of a solution - a partial reshipment via priority mail and a refund for the initial shipping costs. This gesture was indeed appreciated. However, the reality fell short of their commitments. While I did receive a portion of my order eventually, the promised refund never materialized. Disappointingly, four months have passed since the initial purchase, and I am still without the complete order or the reimbursement that was assured. Regrettably, my attempts to seek clarification and resolution have been met with silence since their last communication a month ago. It pains me to say that what started as a simple error on their end has escalated into a prolonged ordeal for me as a customer, leaving me feeling let down and disheartened.
