Heel lang op gewacht… helaas zijn ze nooit geleverd, je denkt dan dat het opgelost wordt vanuit Nolten, maar nee. Wat een slechte service!!!! Geen gehoor naar ons als klant, enige wat we krijgen te horen “wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk” Nolten heeft hun geld en ik heb geen schoenen en geen geld. Ga der nooooit meer wat bestellen!!!!

My assessment for nolten.nl Ballerina's besteld in 41 én 42 zodat er zeker 1 paar zou passen. Er ging van alles mis met de bestelling en er werden verkeerde schoenen geleverd. In een nabestelling ook nog een verkeerde maat. Nolten heeft e.e.a. zeer goed opgelost en de klantenservice (Sam) heeft goed meegedacht met een oplossing. Uiteindelijk is alles tot volle tevredenheid opgelost.
