Terrible service from Norwood due to faulty product
My review for norwoodtextiles.co.uk I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Norwood textiles. Having purchased a Christmas duvet for someone at the end of October for its first use only this weekend we found it to be ripped. When I contacted the company they basically just told me that I am out of the 30 days and should have checked it when it arrived. To be honest I didn’t give it a think to check that it wasn’t damaged but the company are obviously not very confident in their products if they feel you need to do this every time.
