Review Description: Poor packing meant most of the shop was squashed, pierced and damaged, had to go to Morrisons for replacements. I don’t know what’s happened since M&S came in but it’s been dire, quality has gone out the window. They did send me a refund for damages and also a £20 voucher but I won’t be using them again so it’s worthless! Been a customer for years and spent so much with them, oh well, back to Waitrose

Review Description: We, like many others apparently, had our Christmas delivery cancelled after an initial 30 minute delay. This despite the fact that it had been booked 6 weeks before. The driver let the phone ring twice and then would not pick up when I tried to ring back and the helpline just left us hanging for ages so we gave up. What awful service and lack of customer care.

Review Description: I received my Christmas grocery delivery from a driver with a very Christmassy name. He arrived earlier than booked, but it worked out even better for me. Almost everything was delivered, the two substitutions were almost identical to what was ordered and just one item missing, but I don't mind at all as it wasn't a major thing. Review Description: Yes, there were a few items not on my Christmas delivery I was banking on, and a couple of substitutions not appropriate, however....both the driver and customer service lady were polite, helpful, and kind. They have obviously had some kind of a logistics issue, and while I'm not saying it doesn't matter, I am saying that we can choose how we deal with it. They did their best to put it right and should be respected for that

Review Description: Driver could not find my address and left , I had to reorder everything again . Terrible service . When my delivery arrived after I reordered there was 8 items missing and I was never informed about it . Extremely terrible service . Review Description: Terrible experience and I will not be using this company again. Have had a Christmas delivery booked in for 3 weeks. It is now 23:30 (delivery window was 9 - 10pm) and I've just had a call to say my delivery has been cancelled. I have waited up for this having already been advised it'd be late. Had it turned up at all this might not have been so frustrating.I now have to hope another supermarket will still have everything in stock when I visit on Christmas Eve as I can't make it out tomorrow! Review Description: Very disappointed that Ocado failed to deliver my Christmas Kelly Bronze turkey but sent a M&S substitute. Surely with market cap of £5.7 bn they could not bother to get more from their supplier who is still selling this as of Thursday 22/12/22. Review Description: Thankyou Ocado for cancelling my Christmas food order that was placed 3 weeks ago. Your driver rang to say running hour late. Received a text saying Daniel would be delivering between 8.30-9.30pm then a message 10pm it’s on it’s way then 11.30pm unable to deliver as run out of time and to rebook delivery for after Christmas! Last time I will be using Ocado. Now have to try and get some food elsewhere for Christmas day
