My evaluate for ofenexperte.de Nach etwas holprigen Begin vor Ort und der Onlinbestellung, der Lieferzeit des Ofens( überall regular gerade) ging es doch dann sehr sehr sehr repair mit der Lieferung und dem Einbau unseres "Justus". Die Ofenbauer Ludwig und Marco waren absolut freundlich und nett haben mir alles tremendous intestine erklärt, und haben zudem kaum Dreck gemacht. TROTZ Kernbohrung, warfare hinterher alles Sauber und ordentlich. Freut mich natürlich sehr😍 Wer etwas warten kann auf seinen Ofen dem kann ich diese Firma absolut empfehlen. ABER auf gute Handwerker wartet man eben auch gerne. PREIS Leistung absolut im normalen Bereich und für jeden etwas dabei. DANKESCHÖN AN DIESER Stelle. Und übrigens mal an dieser Stelle erwähnt, sollte man auch selbst mal etwas netter sein, immer öfter höre ich von Handwerkern wie diese egal in welchem Gewerk sehr oberflächlich und abwertend behandelt werden. Despite the challenging times due to COVID-19 and reduced staff, a different approach to handling complaints and communication should have been expected. The refusal to acknowledge my rightful claim and the subsequent modification of the item description after my complaint is unacceptable. It's analogous to ordering a car with air conditioning and receiving one without it, with the offer of an expensive retrofit. After multiple attempts to address the issue through calls and emails, including requests for a prompt resolution, there has been a disappointing lack of response or action from Ofenexperte.de.
