Above and beyond service

My review for officedesigns.com Above and beyond serviceI bought a Herman Miller chair 9 years ago from Office Designs. On this period I moved overseas with the chair and then back to the US. Now, 9 years down the road, the chair had problems and they were extremely helpful and utlra-responsive on the repair, even navigating COVID-19 limitations. Could be happier
