SAV: Silence Après Vente

My assessment for onedirect.fr Pour le dire poliment : si leur SAV était autant vite que leur expédition (le lendemain de la commande !) et leur web site honnête, OneDirect mériterait 5 étoiles. Mais il leur a fallu presque 4 (quatre) semaines et env. huit rappels pour faire bouger leur SAV (Silence Après Vente) pour résoudre une faute de ma half lors de ma commande : je m’étais trompé d’une seule lettre en commandant un trio de Gigaset E720. Ayant découvert mon erreur en ouvrant le colis, j’ai immédiatement contacté leur SAV par mail pour proposer d’échanger que la station de base (les deux satellites étant compatibles). Il a fallu 8 jours et 4 ou 5 rappels pour -enfin- recevoir une étiquette pour retourner la station de base. Ensuite, après avoir payé la différence + frais de port, presque deux semaines et plusieurs rappels pour -enfin- recevoir le bon Gigaset (pourtant en inventory). Et pour quelle raison le bon de commande était-il marqué ‘NR’« Article sur commande, ni repris ni échangé » ? Illégal ? Quand vous commandez un produit, vous êtes stimulé d’acheter une assurance à 3,95% du montant de votre commande pour avoir 30 jours pour retourner le produit (OneDirect apparemment connaît son SAV … !), et 7 jours pour réclamer un défaut. Commandes ‘NR’ exclues … Utilité très douteuse ! Quand vous cherchez sur Web un produit, vous serez dirigé au web site de OneDirect avec des prix nets, encore un clic et c’est toujours web, le prix TTC n’apparaissant en petits chiffres que pour les détails du produit. Le web site n’étant pas réservé aux entreprises, appâter les consommateurs avec des prix HT n’est pas seulement incorrect, mais tout bonnement illégal / prohibé ! To place it politely: if their after-sales service had been as quick as their delivery (the day after the order was positioned!) and their web site trustworthy, OneDirect may deserve 5 stars. Nevertheless it took them nearly 4 (4) weeks and approx. eight reminders to make their after-sales service (SAV; on this case Silence After Gross sales) transfer to resolve an error on my half when ordering: I had made a single letter error when ordering a trio of Gigaset E720. Having found my error when opening the package deal, I instantly contacted their after-sales service by e mail to suggest an alternate of solely the bottom station (the 2 satellites being appropriate). It took 8 days and 4 or 5 reminders to -finally- obtain a label to return the bottom station. Then, after having paid the distinction and posatage, nearly two weeks and several other reminders to obtain the suitable Gigaset (though in inventory). And why was the order kind marked 'NR' ("Merchandise on order, neither taken again nor exchanged")? Unlawful ? If you order a product, you're stimulated to purchase insurance coverage at 3.95% of the quantity of your order to have 30 days to return the product (OneDirect apparently is aware of its after-sales service…!), and seven days to say a defect. 'NR' instructions excluded... Extremely questionable usefulness! If you search the Web for a product, you may be directed to the OneDirect web site with web costs, yet one more click on and it's nonetheless web, the value together with TVA solely showing in small figures when clicking for the product particulars. As the positioning just isn't reserved for companies, attractive customers with costs excluding VAT just isn't solely deceitful, however merely unlawful / prohibited.
