Review Description: After the oxigen update in August the rear camera stopped working. At some point both cameras stopped working. I reported the issue to OnePlus and they said they would not provide support or guarantee as it is the Chinese version. I purchased it through FNAC trusting that they would sell the supported version. Also the American charger was sent instead of the European one. How can such a expensive phone basic feature stop working and no one provides support or takes responsibility?

I contacted support on 26th of October and only one month later I received a reply, which also included their hope that the issue has resolved itself...which was not the case. After I replied to this email it is now another month later and I still have not heard back.

Review Description: I bought a one plus Nord2 mobile phone kept it for about a month at the max, so many people say one plus phones are really good, however I think it was the worst phone I ever had, camera was awful apps seemed slow at loading, I couldn't get onto the OnePlus app until after the thirty days cooling off period, this not allowing me to send it back. Don't buy cheap Chinese crap like this save your money and get a Google pixel 6A so much more superior.

Every time you contact they lie. I asked for many items, including the submitted MPS form. Even reported Police and submitted a police report. But these guys are purely SCAMMERS. They only take the money, never give a product, or do not give you money back. You only work with your credit card company if they give back. I am taking legal steps and working to expose these guys.
