Not Honoring Gift Cards

As newlyweds, my husband and I were looking forward to using our Bed, Bath, & Beyond gift cards to spruce up our home. However, the true test of a company's commitment to its customers is revealed in times of need. After several attempts, I was informed that my request for a return exception was denied, despite my long-standing history with Overstock. This experience left me disheartened, as it seemed that my loyalty and years of patronage did not hold the value I had anticipated. This experience has taught me the importance of considering unforeseen circumstances and lead times when making purchases. bed bath and beyond gift cards

I can't believe the awful experience I had with Overstock.com. I received bed bath and beyond gift cards as wedding gifts, and I was thrilled to use them on the website. However, when I tried to use the gift cards at checkout, I was shocked to see that the $200 worth of gift card credit had expired, despite the cards explicitly stating "NEVER EXPIRES."
