Review Description: They don't have a clear order confirmation process. I ordered a VPS with them and paid for it. There was a mistake in the address field so they cancelled my order without notifying me. I contacted them after 24 hours to inquire about the service and they said it was cancelled and that I'd get a refund in 9-12 days. My problem is they could have notified me about the mistake and let me correct it like every other company. But they decided to cancel the order and have me go through the whole process again.

Review Description: purchasing the domain. 13 days later suspended and unable to login into the account. the reason doesn't make sense it says, "the system detects the domain has not been paid and many invoices have been sent". If it hasn't been paid why is the domain alive? I have also paid and can't submit a refund because I can't log into my account

Review Description: Overall, the service was great. I have no issues there whatsoever. Although, I've been trying to get into my cloud account to review some oof my VPS' information but I'm not receiving the email. I know it's the correct email because it has the "Thanks for choosing OVH" email you get once purchasing something. It's really a big bother now that I can't get in and I would be even more upset if I hadn't copied down my VPS' access info from before.
