Ordered a bunch of stuff on-line, and was informed it had all shipped, then 2 days later was informed that one merchandise was out of inventory (how does that even work - if it had shipped, it MUST have been in inventory, and if it wasnt in inventory it CANT have shipped). Then I acquired a part of my order, which was effective, however the bulk of it by no means turned up - and the Fedex hyperlink that I used to be despatched by Paper Supply indicated that it had not been acquired by them (the same old scenario - delivery label produced however nothing truly acquired by Fedex). Now i'm preventing for a full refund for the objects not acquired, which is being resisted regardless of the corporate acknowledging that they haven't any delivery proof that the order truly went out (and it actually hasnt been acquired by me).
