Review Description: Terrible customer service. Extremely long delivery time. Refund policy unfair. They keep more than half the wig cost. What little refund you get if you do takes over 2 months to receive. Still waiting on refunds for orders placed in early October. The wigs are less expensive than other wig companies but they make up the cost by charging outrageous shipping and restocking fees. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

I emailed back instantly to advise, including photos and a screen shot of my original order. They wouldn't even give me the return address. They think its ok to offer me a 10% refund. I paid £81 for this wig and they think its ok to give me £8.10 back for their mistake. Discussing service. You should be ashamed.

And when she said that wig was a return, AND PYW said they will take back and not charge restock fee. They LIED. Part 2: She reordered same wig, and the stuffing paper was all hand crushed- ie: not a new wig with properly inserted paper. They do not care about people, reviews. Low life company. They do not even reply here.

Review Description: I have used Paula Young for years. Over the past 2 years the quality of their products have been horrible. I have received used wigs with hair products in them and my recent order took over 2 1/2 weeks to receive. Even though I paid for the 5 day shipping. When I received the wig it was the wrong color and basically had no hair. Their return policy is a 19.99 dollar restock fee plus and 9.99 sure post fee. To return it for their mistake. I will never shop with them again.

Review Description: Deceiving business. Purchased during bogo promotion and total with tax and shipping came to $57.79. I have a detailed receipt. Received a phone call today stating there was a glitch and they didn’t charge me for shipping which in fact they did. The agent said my detailed email was incorrect and said I would have to pay the difference or cancel the order.. no exceptions.. had I not been at work I would have gone to her mgmt..
